Core material: 18mm thick V313 moisture resistant grade 680kg/m3 chipboard.
● Colour/Finish:
High pressure laminate from Shore Laminates standard colour selector.
● Edge treatment:
All visible edges lipped with matching colour laminate or finished with matching 2mm PVC/ABS edging.
● Pilasters:
High quality powder coated extruded aluminium with elliptical profile face and integral continuous channel to secure front edge of partition. Pilasters feature reinforcing webs to give superior strength and impact resistance.
● Headrails/Legs:
Extruded powder coated aluminium headrail with concealed fixings. Powder coated aluminium pedestal with concealed height adjustment and fixings.

● Ironmongery/Accessories:
Heavy duty aluminium hinges, adjustable to allow door to fall open or closed. High strength semi-circular design powder coated aluminium indicator bolt and keep with emergency release facility all with concealed fixings. Powder coated full length aluminium wall channels to secure vertical edges of partitions complete with anti-tamper fixings. Aluminium coat hook with integral door buffer.
● Other requirements:
All Shore cubicles can be amended to comply with Part M of the Building Regulations and current Disabilities Discrimination Act (DDA) requirements.
Metalwork/ironmongery available in Gunmetal and Cupric colour finishes as standard. Polished aluminium and RAL colour finishes available to order. Impression cubicles are available upon request in a full height, floor to ceiling option with full height pilasters and overhead panels.
